1) Enforcement and Conduct Appendix (Integrated ToS)

Section 1: App Conduct
Clause 1.1 Prohibited Conduct
The Companion-App platform prohibits harassment, cyberbullying, cyberstalking, doxxing, or spreading misinformation. All posts and interactions should be respectful, constructive, and aligned with our community standards.
Clause 1.2 Scope
Applies to all users, participants, partners, sponsors, staff, and affiliates across all Companion-App properties and channels.

Section 2: Events Conduct
Clause 2.1 General Prohibition
Harassment, stalking, obscene behavior, or any form of disruption at events is strictly prohibited and may result in removal from the event and a potential ban from Companion-App.
Clause 2.2 Brand Protection
Spreading rumors, gossip, or harmful discourse about the brand or community will not be tolerated and may lead to a ban, including future collaborations or participation.

Section 3: Social Media Blocking and Indefinite Ban
Clause 3.1 Blocking from Official Social Media Accounts
Companion-App may block a user from interacting with its official social media accounts. Such blocks may constitute an indefinite ban from Companion-App, effective immediately.
Clause 3.2 Grounds for Blocking
Grounds include harassment, threats, doxxing, cyberbullying, and behavior that undermines community safety or brand integrity.
Clause 3.3 Appeals
Users who believe the blocking action was in error may request a review in writing within [14] days of the notice, in accordance with the Appeals process described in the Community Guidelines.
Clause 3.4 Scope
This action applies across all Companion-App properties and channels as applicable.

Section 4: Email Subscriptions and Access
Clause 4.1 Opt-Outs
Users may opt out of marketing or general email communications at any time via the unsubscribe mechanism. Opting out does not automatically ban or suspend a user from attending events unless accompanied by a separate policy violation.

Clause 4.2 Essential Communications
Companion-App may, at its discretion, require ongoing participation in essential communications related to safety, refunds, or critical updates if reasonably necessary for event integrity.
Clause 4.3 Enforcement Consistency
If a user is found to violate event rules or platform policies, standard enforcement procedures apply regardless of email subscription status.
Clause 4.4 Notice
Users will be notified of essential communications policy changes where required by law or contract.
Section 5: Attendance at Events and Ban Enforcement
Clause 5.1 Attendance by Banned Users
If a user has an active ban from Companion-App, the user is prohibited from attending any Companion-App events. Attempting to attend an event while banned will result in removal and may trigger further enforcement actions.
Clause 5.2 Event Participation While Banned
Individuals with an active Companion-App ban are prohibited from joining any Companion-App events. Violation may result in immediate removal and additional enforcement actions, including extension of the ban, account termination, or other sanctions as permitted by the Terms.

Section 6: Collaborations and Bilateral Governance
Clause 6.1 Collaboration Process
Flyers, assets, and promotional materials must be created and deployed through collaborative discussion. Unilateral decisions may jeopardize future collaborations with Companion-App.
Clause 6.2 Decision-Making
Planning, execution, and post-event activities require bilateral agreement. Decisions should be made through consensus during each phase of the collaboration.

Section 7: Sponsorships
Clause 7.1 Sponsorship Compliance
Compliance with sponsorship requirements is essential. Please submit a sponsorship proposal for full consideration of your opportunity and alignment with our objectives.

Section 8: Indefinite Bans
Clause 8.1 Scope of Indefinite Bans
Indefinite bans apply to the city in which the ban is issued and extend to all Companion-App operating cities and states, including sponsored events and collaborations, where applicable. This policy is enforced to protect the community and brand integrity.
